Weingut Dreissigacker is a renowned family-owned winery located in the heart of Rheinhessen, Germany’s largest wine-growing region. Situated in the town of Bechtheim, the estate is known for producing top-quality, organic wines, with a particular focus on Riesling and Burgundian varieties.

Founded in 1728, the winery has been passed down through generations of the Dreissigacker family.

In 2001, Jochen Dreissigacker took over his family’s winery and restructured it according to his own ideas. It was his vision to make DREISSIGACKER synonymous with top German wines and he did. Today, DREISSIGACKER is one of Germany’s top wineries and stands for first-class, matured and high-quality top wines. Jochen practices sustainability in the vineyard and beyond. Organic and biodynamically farming, low-intervention winemaking and creating a great work environment for everyone involved. The modern approach paired with traditional winemaking makes a perfect blend. 

As of Summer 2024 Dreissigacker is part of my portfolio and I am excited to be working with a producer like him. 

I have a range of his wines, from his ORGANIC Riesling 2022 for everyday-drinking, Chardonnay Bechtheim to his just released 2013 WUNDERWERK Riesling.

VINTAGES Riesling is one of the flagship wines. This wine represents Jochen Dreissigacker’s philosophy of producing organic, minimal-intervention wines that express the unique characteristics of each vintage in one wine. 2017-2021! You taste the fruit from 2021, the mineral freshness from 2020, the elegance from 2019, the balance from 2018 and the fine ripeness aromas from 2017.
